Naked and funny canadian sphinxes

These cats are the most pleasant creatures, because they are, in the literal sense of the word, hot and hairless. In Japan they are called nudists, they love to eat, their bodies are covered with cutest folds, they love and can be photographed, in general, we can safely say that the “naked Canadian” is unusual in both its appearance and behavior.

Unexplained mysterious occurrence

The history of the Canadian sphinxes (it is not worth all to cut to one comb, because there are other varieties) began in 1966 and, not surprisingly, in Canada. One long-haired cat became the mother of several kittens, one of which had absolutely no hint of hair. He was called Prunt. He was crossed with his mother, and then crossed with his daughters and granddaughters, because the offspring turned out to be poured by dad (with the same missing signs of wool). By the year 71, such experiments were completed, and breeding ended, but, fortunately, not forever.
In 1975, an ordinary cat again gives birth to a naked kitten, which the humorous guys called Epidermis. A year later, the story repeats itself, both kittens are placed in a nursery located in Oregon, and later a sweet couple becomes the founders of the Canadian Sphynx breed.
Why, how, and for what reason, the ancestors of the Canadians have lost their coat is unknown to this day. This is a mystery riddled with mystery. But there is an assumption that this is the result of a natural and isolated mutation.
The body of the Canadian sphinxes is interesting not only because of the absence of any coat. One of the main features is also large ears, necessarily rounded at the tip, and exceptionally soft outline of the figure without any straight lines. Roughly speaking, the beauty standards of women of past years: roundness, smoothness and fluidity.
An interesting fact is that there are several standards for the breed of Canadian sphinxes – separately for CFA (Cat Fanciers ’Association), and separately for TICA (The International Cat Association).
What is the Canadian character and preferences in everyday life?

Many dream that their cat or cat lay with them under a blanket for a couple of hours to take a nap. But many feline representatives are categorically against this type of pastime. So the sphinxes are an exception. When it comes time to go to the world of Morpheus, Canadians go in search of a warm and comfortable place, and often find it under the covers.
Despite the fact that they look weakly like cats in their traditional view (the presence of thick and certainly shedding hair), they are real cats with their own quirks.
If your pet has fallen out of your field of vision, and you cannot find it within your home, raise your head up. Was there a loss? Yes, they love to watch you down. You yourself, without knowing it, became a participant in his game “Look for me while I look after you.” Having a good jump (almost half a meter in height for an adult), they simply could not find the best entertainment demonstrating their excellent sports performance.
But even with such a small detachment, affection, love of love and tenderness they can not occupy.

Canadians love people, they need the attention of their owners, and although they will find something to do while you are away, they will still be hard-pressed to endure a long parting with you. They are smart, charismatic, energetic and need to brag about it.
